Bailey Roy Illustration and the Purchaser will collectively be referred to as "Parties," and each individually as a "Party."

By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, submitting a payment electronically or in person, or otherwise subscribing through the Website, you are agreeing to adhere to and be bound by the following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms").

Scope of Products

Our Products include but are not limited to: original artwork, prints, illustrations, books, merchandise, commissions, digital downloads, and other creative works for purchase or custom order.

Product Delivery

When you make a purchase and submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. For digital products, you will receive a link to download your purchase. For physical products, please note that delivery times vary based on shipping method and location. If a Product is listed as a presale or pre-order, the order will be delivered as detailed on the Website. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates. If delays occur, we will notify you and determine the best course of action.

No Warranties + No Guarantees

Bailey Roy Illustration provides Products on an “As-Is” basis for personal use by the Purchaser at their own risk and without any warranties, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of our Products beyond what is described in the product listing.

Payment + Billing

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge it for your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in United States Dollars (USD). If you are taking advantage of a trial-period offer and do not cancel before the end of the trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full cost of the service.

Return Policy

Chargebacks

By initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to pay the full cost of your original purchase plus any fees incurred by the Company. We have the right to present these Terms to your financial institution in response to disputes.
